Matty Ice, feels like I’ve known you forever, dude. So thankful that Clayton introduced us a while back. As I’ve said to you many times over the last few months – what you’re doing and how you’re doing it is outstanding. You bring quality and perspective to every single relationship that we’ve crossed paths with. I have a tremendous amount of respect for you, my friend. You handle your business the right way. You handle your relationships the right way. You’re salt of the earth, and I couldn’t be more thankful to call you a friend now.
I, personally, am not one who takes relationships lightly. I’ve known too many people that don’t put the same stock into them, and it becomes problematic. In my humble opinion and experience, you always kinda know the difference between the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to people. From minute one, you came across as humble and eager to listen…these two traits, in my opinion, are what separate the good and the fantastic. You are squarely in the latter part of that equation. I look forward to years of building relationships and helping connect people to you, and The Graphix Spot grow. You’ve earned that in spades.
Another element that really stands out is your generosity. From the first time we met, you were always asking how can I help you and what can I do. Not everyone does this, and it’s really refreshing. Don’t ever let that trait go, brother…it’s so commendable. When you give more than you take…the world has a way of providing abundance. You’re on your way to even greater things than you’ve already achieved because you work at your craft and are tireless in your pursuit to make something better tomorrow than you did today. It’s a brilliant trait and one that sets you apart.
There’s something that has continually set you apart as well from a personality standpoint – the ability to laugh and make others laugh. I’ve found our encounters fun, and I always leave them in good spirits. Your positivity is contagious, and from my standpoint…you’re a “glass half full” guy. It’s really easy to be around you (whether you know someone or you’re meeting them the first time), and that is something that never goes out of style.
Matty, stay just the way you are and know that there’s probably way more people than you know that are pulling for you. The work speaks for itself…you are as solid an individual as they come…and your positivity is undeniable. I wish you nothing but the best as we embark on the future together. Yours is bright, homey. Keep being you, and I imagine the sky is the limit. Thank you for your friendship, and I look forward to watching you grow, Matt.
