Jessica, where to begin…in a few short months, I feel like we’ve known each other for 20 years. Very thankful to Jason for introducing us and for being able to get to know you over the last few months. In short, I stand in awe of what you are doing as a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and frankly HUMAN BEING. You have pride and passion for your law firm…but what makes me the happiest is how you beam when you speak about your family and how you navigate motherhood all while running a wildly successful business. It’s astounding to me…when we get off the phone I wonder when you sleep.
To know Jessica is to see a woman who has her priorities straight when it comes to her life. Faith, family, and executing a plan that showcases how family can absolutely be a part of your work life. Jessica puts her staff – and makes sure they are secure in the knowledge that they’re cared for and heard first and foremost. It’s very easy to see why Jessica’s practice has flourished over the years…she cares so much and as a fellow business owner, you can tell when people’s hearts are into it. YOU CAN’T FAKE THAT DRIVE AND ENERGY…It practically exudes from her pores. In the process of getting to know Jessica, I have been astounded by her love of the law…but also in myriad ways how the law can help others – literally paying it forward to employ folks where the law is making a profound impact in her community. Very simply, as you listen to this episode my hope is that this is your biggest takeaway. A profound and literal sense of servant leadership to the core with this woman.
Another aspect that really caught my attention with Jessica is her faith and how that’s manifested itself into the fiber of her company. She leads with it. She is extraordinarily proud of it. She lives it. There is something to be said in this day and age for someone to have as I like to say “old school values” that transcend time and space. If you speak to Jessica for 5 minutes, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. She’s special…and my hope with spotlighting this episode is to show a woman who has her priorities in order. She’s smart. She’s savvy. She’s passionate. She’s a role model. She’s fearless. All epic and so special to have been introduced and be a small part of Jessica’s journey.
In closing Jessica, keep up the fantastic work. Like I am blessed to know you…you are blessing so many others in your sphere.
