Clayton joined DSM in March 2021 as a Digital Marketing Associate. Now a Digital Marketing Manager, he uses his more than 10 years of agency experience to work with the account managers and digital team to develop, oversee, and execute clients’ marketing strategies, including PPC and social ads, organic SEO and social media, CRO, and content creation. He also serves on the NJ Ad Club Board of Directors and was recognized as one of the NJ Ad Club’s Jersey’s Best 40 Under 40 in 2022. As big Springsteen fans here at DSM, Clayton wins the prize for getting closest to him—the Boss elbowed him at a show in Asbury Park!
